As today's Information Technology (IT) becomes more global and specialized the importance of Information Technology Architecture (ITA). Based on the case study of e-commerce, this paper presents a systematic approach to Information Strategy Planning (ISP) with ITA. To implementation of strategic approach, ITA is developed to establish e-commerce projects.
