This paper is to appraise the effect of factory noise to work performance and quality. Stamp printing, which are decomposed into work element is used to compare with work performance according to the change of noise, and quality is studied to analyse the effect of product. The noise in experiment is the noise of rotary press, and is used a variety of change.
