A Study on the Field Quality Information of Telecommunication Industry

Abstract

In this paper we studied the field tracking and feedback systems of NTT in Japen and AT&T in the U.S. Then we would like to suggest an effective field quality information system for Korea Telecom, the biggest telecommunication company in Korea.
